Savory Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1.5 cups rice
  • 1 medium onion

Instructions

  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
