Fresh Berry Tart

Ingredients

  • 200 g all-purpose flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 400 g assorted fresh berries
  • 4 tbsp apricot jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, powdered sugar, and egg to make the tart dough.
  3. Roll out the dough and press it into a tart pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the filling by mixing berries with apricot jam and vanilla extract.
  6. Spread the berry mixture over the cooled tart crust.
  7. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
