Fresh Berry Tart

Ingredients
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 120 g butter
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, powdered sugar, and egg to make the tart dough.
- Roll out the dough and press it into a tart pan.

- Meanwhile, prepare the filling by mixing berries with apricot jam and vanilla extract.
- Spread the berry mixture over the cooled tart crust.
