Savory Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 pcs bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic cloves
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the ground beef mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and pour a small amount of water in the bottom of the dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the beef is cooked through.
- Serve the savory stuffed bell peppers hot and enjoy!
