Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1.5 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
