Savory Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- 4 pieces bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1.5 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 cup cheese

- 0.5 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Add cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the beef and rice mixture.
- Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish, top with cheese, and cover with foil.
