Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1.5 pounds chicken wings
  • chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, fish sauce, sriracha sauce, and minced garlic clove.
  3. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
  4. Brush the sauce mixture onto the chicken wings, making sure they are evenly coated.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
  6. Optional: Finish the wings under the broiler for a few minutes for extra crispiness.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
