Sweet and Spicy Thai Chili Wings

- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1.5 pounds chicken wings
- chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
- lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, lime juice, fish sauce, sriracha sauce, and minced garlic clove.
- Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
- Brush the sauce mixture onto the chicken wings, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy.
- Optional: Finish the wings under the broiler for a few minutes for extra crispiness.
