Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Toss the parboiled sweet potato fries with the olive oil mixture until evenly coated.
Place the fries on a baking sheet and transfer to the preheated air fryer.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
