Garlic Herb Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves (20g) garlic
  • 2 tablespoons (8g) fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons (8g) fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon (5g) fresh oregano leaves
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
  2. Combine the garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  5. Pour the garlic herb sauce into a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.
