Garlic Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 cloves (20g) garlic
- 2 tablespoons (8g) fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons (8g) fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon (5g) fresh oregano leaves
- 1/2 cup (120ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
- Combine the garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- Pour the garlic herb sauce into a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.
