Creamy coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cabbage, finely shredded (400g)
  • 2 carrots, grated (200g)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120g)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (60g)
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar (30g)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (30g)
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (3g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, white vinegar, sugar, and dijon mustard.
  2. Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrots to the bowl and toss well to coat with the dressing.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
