Creamy coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 head of cabbage, finely shredded (400g)
- 2 carrots, grated (200g)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (120g)
- 1/4 cup sour cream (60g)
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar (30g)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (30g)
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (3g)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, white vinegar, sugar, and dijon mustard.
- Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrots to the bowl and toss well to coat with the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
