- 5-6 medium limes (385g), sliced
- 3 cups (720ml) whole milk
- 1 cup (240ml) cold water
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, add the sliced medium limes, whole milk, cold water, granulated sugar, and fresh mint leaves.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. DO NOT OVERMIX as it will cause the drink to be bitter.
- Pour the liquid through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp or solids.
- Serve the smoothie over a glass filled with ice cubes.
