Ingredients

  • 5-6 medium limes (385g), sliced
  • 3 cups (720ml) whole milk
  • 1 cup (240ml) cold water
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. In a high-powered blender, add the sliced medium limes, whole milk, cold water, granulated sugar, and fresh mint leaves.
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. DO NOT OVERMIX as it will cause the drink to be bitter.
  3. Pour the liquid through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp or solids.
  4. Serve the smoothie over a glass filled with ice cubes.
