Sourdough Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 4 pre-sliced sourdough breads (150 g each or 5 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup (113 g or 1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the butter, minced garlic, and salt together. Mix well until fully combined.
- Using a knife or a spoon, spread the garlic butter mixture onto each slice of sourdough bread.
- Place the sliced bread on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and toasted.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Personal Recipe Notes
I broil it for a little bit at the end to crisp up the top. But be careful, it can burn quickly.
Grated parmesan is a good topping to throw on top right before broiling.
